Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm every order by phone before dispatch and may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, a prescription cannot be confirmed, or details are incomplete.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Pakistani Rupees and may change without notice. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. All orders are Cash on Delivery, payable to the delivery rider when your order arrives.
Prescription medicines
Prescription medicines are dispensed only after the prescription has been confirmed by our pharmacist. We may refuse to supply any medicine where a valid prescription cannot be confirmed. See our Prescription Policy.

We take care to show accurate product information and images. Packaging may vary from what is shown. Information on this site is general and is not medical advice. Always follow your doctor's or pharmacist's guidance and read the label.
Delivery and returns
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns by our Returns & Refunds policy.
Promotions
Promo codes and offers are subject to their stated conditions and may be withdrawn at any time. One promo code may be used per order.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Mediwill is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
