Do I need a prescription to buy medicines on Mediwill?
Some medicines require a valid prescription before they can be dispensed. Mediwill sells both over-the-counter (OTC) and prescription medicines. When your order includes a prescription medicine, our team will ask you to confirm your prescription during the order verification call. Prescription medicines cannot be dispatched without this confirmation. If you are unsure whether a medicine needs a prescription, contact us before ordering.
Are the medicines on Mediwill genuine and safe?
Yes. We source our products only from licensed distributors and check them before dispatch. Medicines are delivered sealed in their original packaging. If you ever have a concern about a product, message our pharmacist on WhatsApp and we will look into it straight away.
How does prescription verification work?
After you place an order, a Mediwill team member calls you to confirm it. If any medicine in your order needs a prescription, our representative asks you to confirm it on that call. Once confirmed, we dispatch your order. Without confirmation, prescription medicines are not dispatched.
What payment methods do you accept?
All orders are Cash on Delivery. You pay in cash when your order arrives at your doorstep. There is nothing to pay online.
Do you deliver across Pakistan?
Yes, we deliver across Pakistan. Orders above Rs. 1,499 qualify for free delivery. A flat delivery fee of Rs. 199 applies to smaller orders. Delivery times vary by city, and our team will confirm the estimate when they call you.
What is your return and refund policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are wrong, damaged or expired. Products must be sealed and unopened. For safety, medicines cannot be returned once opened or used. See our Returns & Refunds page for the full details.

Promo codes are announced in the banner at the top of our website and on our social media. Enter your code in the cart or at checkout and the discount is applied instantly.
