What we accept for return
Within 7 days of delivery, we accept returns of:
- Products that are the wrong item
- Products that arrived damaged or leaking
- Products that are expired or near-expired on delivery
Conditions
Items must be sealed, unopened and in original packaging. For safety and hygiene reasons, medicines and personal-care products cannot be returned once opened or used, unless they are defective.
How to start a return
Message us on WhatsApp (+92 326 4485910) or email info@mediwill.pk with your order number and a photo of the product and packaging. We will arrange collection or advise you what to do.
Refunds
Once the return is approved we will, at your choice, send a replacement or refund the amount you paid. Refunds are made to a bank or mobile-wallet account you provide, since orders are Cash on Delivery.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order any time before dispatch. Just message or call us with your order number.
