Delivery charges
Orders of Rs. 1,499 or more (after any discount) ship free. Smaller orders pay a flat Rs. 199 delivery fee, shown at checkout before you place your order.
Order confirmation
Every order is confirmed by a phone call before it is dispatched. Please keep your phone available after ordering. If we cannot reach you, we may hold the order until we do.
Delivery time
Orders are dispatched quickly after confirmation. Delivery times depend on your city and courier service, and our team will give you an estimate when they call. Remote areas may take longer.
Receiving your order
Please check the package on delivery. If it is damaged or tampered with, do not accept it and contact us immediately. Payment is made in cash to the rider on delivery.
Prescription medicines
Prescription medicines ship only after our pharmacist has confirmed your prescription.
