OTC and prescription medicines
Mediwill sells both over-the-counter (OTC) medicines and prescription-required medicines. Products that may need a prescription are marked “Rx” on the website.
How verification works
All orders are Cash on Delivery, and our team calls every customer to confirm their order before it is dispatched. If your order contains a prescription medicine, our representative will ask you to confirm your prescription during that call. Orders for prescription-required medicines cannot be dispatched without this confirmation.
What to keep ready
Please have your doctor's prescription available when we call. We may ask for the doctor's name, the medicine, strength and quantity prescribed, and may ask you to send a photo of the prescription on WhatsApp.
When we may decline
We may decline or cancel any prescription medicine where a valid prescription cannot be confirmed, the quantity exceeds what is prescribed, or our pharmacist has safety concerns.
Self-medication
Do not start, stop or change a prescribed medicine without speaking to your doctor. Our pharmacists can answer general questions but cannot replace your doctor's advice.
