Colofac Tablets contain Mebeverine Hydrochloride, a direct-acting antispasmodic that selectively relaxes smooth muscle in the gastrointestinal tract without affecting normal gut motility. It provides targeted relief from the painful muscle spasms associated with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and other functional bowel disorders.
Key Uses: Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), bowel spasm, colonic spasm, abdominal pain and cramps from GI causes, functional bowel disorders, spastic constipation. Composition: Mebeverine HCl 135mg per tablet. Pack of 30 tablets. Dosage: One tablet three times daily, 20 minutes before meals, or as prescribed by your physician. ⚠️ Prescription Required: Consult your gastroenterologist before starting treatment.
